Whats up? I haven't updated in a long time becuse I really havn't had anything to talk about.

Whats up? Black Earth Is taking some time off at the moment. Travis, Duane, and Craig are all working on other projects at the moment, as well as looking for someone to come in as a permanent replacement for Brian on the drums.
Duane and Craig are very busy working with their side project, a band called "Rock Show".

Travis is also busy working with his other band "Betrayed With A Kiss". Make sure you check out both of these bands online and live.

Whats up? Black Earth would like to thank everyone that came out to see the band at "The Cycle Shack" on November 12th and at "7th Street" in Bedford on November 23rd, the day before "Thanksgiving".
I also would like to Thank GOD that Casey "The Guv'nor" is still with us.

On the night of Nov. 12th Black Earth's most recent show at "The Cycle Shack" in Oolitic, Casey and a good friend of the band were involed in a very serious car accident. Both of them are ok, and we are very glad to see Casey back doing what he does best.

Black Earth will be at the Cycle Shack for their final performance ( at The Cycle Shack ) on Saturday December 10th 2005.
We hope to see all of you there at the Cycle Shack to rock out with us for the last time at the shack.

Whats up? Black Earth will be playing at " 7th street bar " in Bedford, Indiana on November 23rd. That is on a Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving.
I hope to see everyone at the show. We will have one or two bands (not sure yet) playing with us that night, so come out and show your support.

Hey, Whats up? I have not updated in a while, sorry about that. Not alot has been happening. Black Earth is still looking for a replacement for Brian on drums.
Black Earth has been luck enough to have a couple of friends fill in for some shows lately. Kevin Corra from Duane and Craig's other project called "ROCK SHOW" has sit in with Black Earth, as well as Casey "The Guv'nor" Wainright from Travis' other band "BETRAYED WITH A KISS".

I want to say thanks to Tony Delarosa from Samick / Silvertone for hooking the band up with passes to the 2005 Summer NAMM Show, which was held in Indianapolis, IN this year. We had a great time and got to meet alot of cool people.

Hey, Whats up? We had an AWESOME night at "Tthe Cycle Shack" on Saturday thanks for coming out. Black Earth will be back at "Tthe Cycle Shack" on Saturday April 9th. We hope we can make that night just as killer.

I have some sad news to report. Black Earth has parted ways with original Drummer Brian Tonne. Brian is still one of my best friends as well as a great drummer. I have played in a few different bands with Brian, and we have wrote some great music together. I have known him the longest, and I'm sure that I will miss him the most. Everyone in Black Earth wish him all the best in his future musical projects.

Kevin Corra will be sitting in on the drums for the time being, so we won't miss a beat. All shows listed on the site are still going to take place. Kevin is currently in two other bands as well, and unable to join Black Earth full time due to his busy schedule.

Black Earth is currently looking for a full time drummer, so if you think you can do it or know someone who can, let us know.

Whats up? Black Earth has rescheduled the January 29th show at "The Cycle Shack" to February 12th. We hope this doesn't cause any problems for anyone, and we hope to see all of you at the show on Saturday February 12th.

The entire Black Earth band would like to thank "Kevin Corra" for sitting in on the Drums for "Brian Tonne", who was out of town and unable to make it back in time for the show due to his flight being delayed. The band would also like to give a shout out to "Johnny Spears" for letting us reek havok on his club. We will be back at "The Cycle Shack" on January 29th we hope to see all of you there.

Whats up? I know I haven't updated in awhile, but I have just been busy. Black Earth will be playing at "The Cycle Shack" in Oolitic, IN this Saturday night December 18th, so I hope that all of you can make it out to the show.

Whats up all? Sorry I haven't updated till now, I've just been kinda busy and the band has been taking a break so I really haven't had too much to tell you about. Black Earth will be rockin' "The Cycle Shack" in Oolitic, IN this Saturday October 2nd, plus we will be back at "The Cycle Shack" the following weekend on Saturday October 9th to do it all again. We hope you can all make it out to these 2 shows. Not to much else going on right now, but I'm sure that will change. Keep checking back, and I hope too see you this weekend.

Black Earth will be playing at "The Cycle Shack" in Oolitic, IN this Saturday August 7th, and we hope to see all of you there. Next Saturday August 14, we will be playing at The Lawrence County Recreation Park. This is a fund Raiser for MDA put on by ABATE of INDIANA. This event starts at 2pm and is scheduled to last till 4am. A ton of bands are booked to play so get there early. Black Earth is scheduled to play at 10:00pm Saturday night.

Whats up? I haven't updated in awhile as you can tell and, we have slowed down a little this summer as far as playing, one of the members has been moving so we took a little break. We are trying to get the rest of the year booked as much as we can. Black Earth will be back at "The Cycle Shack" on Saturday August 7th. We hope to see all of you there. The Cycle Shack is always a good time, so if you can, come out and see the show.

Black Earth will be playing an all ages show this Saturday May 22nd at "The Eagles Nest", Which is located in the old Ellettsville Elementary School Gym. We will be playing with 2 other local bands from Ellettsville. Blue Million and State of Shock. The show will start at 7pm and last till 10pm, We hope to see all of you there on Saturday.

Whats up? I want to apologize to anyone that went to "The Crump Theatre" in Columbus, IN on Friday to see Black Earth. We were unable to play the show due to scheduling problems. There was a lack of communication and it caused us to have to make a last minute cancellation.
Again, from the entire Black Earth band we apologize for any inconvenience, and we will do all in our power to make sure this doesn't happen again.
There is a chance of seeing Black Earth at "The Crump Theatre" in the future, so keep checking the site for updates and new bookings.

Whats up? Black Earth will be playing at "The Crump Theatre" in Columbus, Indiana this Friday April 9th (good Friday). It will be our first time there, so I hope to see all of you there, as well as some new faces.
